Support Amazon Employees' Right To Unionize

Amazon warehouse workers have endured harsh working conditions for years, facing daunting productivity quotas, long hours and few bathroom breaks, which have led to unsafe working conditions and on the job injuries [1]. Employees have attempted to unionize in order to advocate for better conditions, yet Amazon has fought these efforts with powerful, well funded lobbying and anti-union public relations campaigns [2]. At least two of Vanguard's top funds own stock in Amazon [3], and expressing its support of warehouse workers' right to unionize would go a long way in ensuring safe and sane working conditions.
